Several letters from Sadiqah Dawlatabadi to ʻAbd al-Husayn Sanʻatizadah including the following: one in which she congratulates Sanʻatizadah on his betrothal to Qamar Taj and thanks him for a loan of 1,500 francs; one in which she refers to ʻAbd al-Husayn's recent appendectomy; one in which she writes to him about her studies and life in Paris and her hopes to improve Iran; and one in which she writes about the differences between life in France and Iran.

Sadiqah Dawlatabadi's lectures on various topics, including a speech in support of government bonds, a speech on Franco-Persian relations and the life of women in Persia, and the speech "Woman is the foundation of rational life," along with an invitation [in French] addressed to Qamar Taj and her husband ʻAbd al-Husayn Sanʻatizadah for a lecture by Sadiqah Dawlatabadi at the College Feminin in Paris on 20 July 1927, entitled "Franco-Persian relations and the life of women in Persia."
